McBride Art Gallery is a unique showcase for contempory Irish art - a light filled space in which paintings, prints, and photographs are exhibited on a continuous basis.
2009 is a year in which no formal exhibitions are being staged but the gallery has a constant turn over of work by our established gallery artists together with very interesting work from
Christine Bowen and Michael O Clery showing with the gallery for the first time.
Christine brings colour and life to a glorious range of works in which summer dresses and flowers are layered with poetry,birds and newspaper articles.
Michael renowned as an expert bird illustrator shows the majesty of wild life in its natural habitat.
Regina Bartsch,whose interiors and flower paintings have been hugely successful in her two solo shows, is now exhibiting prints which show her classical interiors in a dramatic contemporary palette.
